Music is very important factor in our lives. Music can affect peoples attention, emotion, cognition and behavior. People can communicate thought music expressing their feelings and using vocal. It can also help about relaxation and pleasure, happiness and sadness. Listening to happy vs. sad music can affect the way you perceive the world around you. According to statistics: 86% of users of the Nordoff-Robbins music therapy services said that music therapy had enabled them to develop social skills and interaction (Nordoff Robbins, n.d.).
Julian Levy(2017) shares the six major health benefits of music therapy: Music therapy reduce anxiety and physical effects of stress. It improves healing. It can help manage Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. Music therapy reduce depression and other symptoms in the elderly. It helps to reduce symptoms of psychological disorders including schizophrenia. Music therapy improves self-expression and communication. All of these are very interesting facts.
Listening to music can also enhance other stress-relieving activities . For example, it can aid in practicing yoga, self-hypnosis or guided imagery. In other words, music can enhance the stress-relieving properties of other relaxing activities.  A lot of people are listening to music just to relax. Music can also help the brain reach a meditative state. This promote relaxation.
Music also can be used in schools. Music therapy can be used to improve children’s behavior and wellbeing. It can help children learn classroom rules, improving attention and focus, and promoting self-expression. Finally, music therapy can be used in schools to improve social skills and  communication. For example, it can help with “wh” questions (who, what, where, and when) and develop vocabulary.  What is very important for kids. It can be used to promote academic understanding in mathematics, such as teaching math facts, telling the time, and money concepts.  Music therapy can also target academic improvement in reading and writing. For example, music therapy improves phonic and sight words, and story elements.

George Edwin Taylor vs. Kamala Harris

Facts about George Edwin Taylor. Taylor’s mother died in 1861 or 1862, leaving him with no known sponsor or relative. Young Taylor was left a waif and slept in dry goods boxes and he e survived (a miracle in itself) and arrived at La Crosse, Wisconsin, in 1865, onboard a side-paddle wheeler. To support himself, the Times reported, Taylor took a job as a newspaper reporter in La Crosse. He eventually became editor of the La Crosse Evening Star . By 1886, he owned and edited The Wisconsin Labor Advocate, a La Crosse newspaper with an overwhelmingly white readership. He had shared the stage–literally–with Frederick Douglass, Booker T. Washington, and W. E. B. Du Bois and was a business partner with George Woodson, founder of the National Bar Association.  He knew Buffalo Bill Cody personally and had worked for “Brick” Marcus Pomeroy, editor of the National Democrat . Given the fact that Taylor received fewer than 2,000 votes when he ran for president in 1904, it is hard to ca...
Thomas Edison Did Not Invent The Light Bulb.      Thomas Edison shouldn't be credited as the inventor of the light bulb! The light bulb was around for a long time before Edison started working on it. How it says in the article: "Ernest Freeberg shows that the light bulb reflected the work of many inventors, rather than Edison’s lone genius." At this point I can say that Thomas Edison stole —ideas from other inventors who were also working on an incandescent bulb.   Two Canadians, Henry Woodward and Matthew Evans, successfully produced and patented an electric filament lamp before Edison had seriously turned his mind to electric lighting. Woodward and Evans endeavoured to refine and commercialize their light bulb with little success, eventually succumbing to a lack of funding and selling their patent rights to Edison in 1879 for US$5,000 (or about $100,000 in today’s dollars). With access to the necessary funding, Edison was able to develop an imp...
