Introduction

                                     American football and it's causes 
     We all know how popular American football is,  but we don't know how dangerous it is. Football players usually experience repeated traumatic injuries that can affect their body and brain. Recently researchers have discovered that concussions and brain trauma which are common in the game can actually lead to severe mental health issues as players age. Concussions and other types of repetitive play-related head blows in American football have been shown to be the cause of chronic traumatic encephalopathy, which has led to player deaths and other debilitating symptoms after retirement, including memory loss, depression, anxiety, headaches, and sleep disturbances.

How do I feel about blog?

      I am trying my best for my blog to meet all the rubric criteria and I think I am doing pretty good with it. I have some struggles thought. Sometimes it's really difficult to write a certain number or words but I write as much as I can.     I love writing as long as I can write my thoughts. I was a little bit  stressed when we had to read articles about George Taylor and Kamala Harris. It was difficult for me to read and understand the difference between these two candidates. It took me few times to read each article and compare these two candidates.     I am putting all my efforts into my blogs. I spend a lot of time on each blog. I am choosing the best pictures for it and I am checking all my grammars to make sure it's in a good shape. After I post my blog, I usually read it one more time and check for grammars.      Social media has become the main source of news online with more  with more than 2.4 billion internet users , nearly 64.5 percent receive breaking news from Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram instead of traditional media. But, can we trust everything what says in social media? "There are  many "fake news" websites that compete for attention with sensational headlines and ridiculous storylines that tend to get shared more often due to the lack of readers fact checking or reading more than the headline.
